Home fragrance company Candle Warmers Etc. has promoted Brett Heyland to the newly created position of vice president of sales. Heyland, who joined the company in 2010, will direct the company’s in-house sales team regarding revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives. He reports to Chris Barnes, president. Prior to his promotion, Heyland was responsible for contract negotiations with with Amazon.com, BJ’s Wholesale, Hobby Lobby, and AAFES totaling $2 million in business, the company said.

“Brett has a results-driven track record. His attention to detail and energy will be invaluable as we continue to explore opportunities for growth,” Barnes said.
